RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

(Exchange Only – No Refunds)

All sales at Lockstone jewels are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Product arrives damaged during transit
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Verified manufacturing defect

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

If approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Exchange will be processed for the same product or equivalent value

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Custom or engraved items

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and sizing before placing an order.
