Exchange Policy

At LockStone, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our Exchange Policy is thoughtfully structured to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness and transparency in every transaction.

Exchange Guidelines

We recognize that preferences can change. To ensure peace of mind, LockStone offers a straightforward exchange facility for eligible purchases.

  • Eligibility Period: Lab-grown diamond jewellery purchased directly from LockStone may be exchanged within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice, certificate, and original packaging.
  • Exchange Credit: Customers will receive 100% of the product’s base value (excluding taxes and making charges) as credit toward a new selection.
  • Upgrade Requirement: The newly selected item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
  • Exclusions: Personalized, engraved, resized, modified, custom-made, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Conditions

  • Submission of the original invoice and certification is compulsory for processing exchange requests.
  • If the certificate is misplaced, a replacement fee of ₹1,500 will be deducted from the exchange credit.
  • Exchange is not applicable for Polki, Pearl, Colored Gemstone, or Special Order jewellery.
  • Any discounts, promotional pricing, or offers availed during the initial purchase will be proportionately adjusted.
  • Reward points or store credits redeemed at the time of purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount.
  • Products purchased via third-party platforms or external marketplaces are excluded from this policy.

Logistics & Processing

  • Once your exchange request is approved, LockStone will coordinate a secure reverse pickup.
  • A standard handling and logistics charge of ₹1,000 applies to all approved exchange cases.
  • Exchange credit will be issued after the returned item successfully clears our quality evaluation process.

Policy Revisions

LockStone retains the right to revise or amend this policy at its discretion without prior notice. Updated versions will be reflected on our official website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
