Exchange Policy
We recognize that preferences may evolve over time. To accommodate your changing style, we offer a straightforward exchange policy.
- Eligibility: Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry purchased from LockStone is eligible for exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and certification.
- Exchange Value: You will receive 100% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes and making charges) as credit towards a new purchase of equal or higher value.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized or engraved jewelry, altered designs, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Procedure: To initiate an exchange request, contact our customer support team.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.
- The original invoice and certificate must be presented for exchange
- Products purchased from third-party stores other than LockStone will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange is not applicable on Polki, Pearl, and Colored Stones.
- Customized jewelry made as per order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
- If a discount was applied to the metal or stone value during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price at the time of exchange. Additionally, e-Points used during purchase will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.
Shipping and Insurance
- Shipping and insurance for delivery to the customer’s address are covered by LockStone.
- Reverse shipping for returns, and exchanges is scheduled by LockStone and is subject to a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-.
