Shipping

We offer FREE shipping and insurance on every order. If the products are made to order, they are delivered within 25 days from the date of placing the order. If the products are ready in stock, they are delivered within 5-7 days from the date of placing the order.

Orders are delivered through our shipping partners namely Sequel Logistics and BVC Logistics. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Cancellation

Refunds will be made for any cancelled orders. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled for full refund subject to deduction of payment gateway charges of 1%. Orders canceled 24 hours after placing the order will lead to a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 that will be borne by the customer along with 1% payment gateway charges.
