Our bespoke customization process typically takes 4-6 weeks from design approval to completion. This includes design consultation, CAD rendering, approval, crafting, and quality inspection. Rush services are available for select designs with an additional fee.
Design modifications are possible within 48 hours of order confirmation, before production begins. Once our master craftsmen have started working on your piece, changes may incur additional costs and extend the delivery timeline.
Due to the bespoke nature of customized pieces, all sales are final. However, we offer complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery and a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects to ensure your complete satisfaction.
